                塗料廢氣處神界之秘理工藝簡述和產品特點

                  塗料廢氣處理工藝簡述:

                  1.是把有機廢氣加熱到760℃以上,停留時間大於1秒,使廢氣中的VOCs氧化分解成二氧化碳和水。

                  2.氧在第三天清晨化產生的高溫氣體流經特制的陶瓷蓄熱體,使陶瓷體升溫而ξ “蓄熱”,此“蓄熱”用於預熱後續進入爐體的有機廢氣,從而節省廢氣升溫的燃料消耗,降低運行眉頭皺起成本。

                  3.陶瓷蓄熱體應分成三區,每個蓄熱室依次經歷蓄熱-放熱-清掃等程序,周而復始,連續工作。蓄熱室“放熱”後應立即引入適量潔凈空氣對該蓄熱室進行清掃(以保證VOC去除率在99%以上),只有待清掃完成後才能進入“蓄熱”程序。

                  4.冷啟動預熱時通過燃燒器系統威能竟然生生提高爐溫,正常運行時大部〒分熱量能被蓄熱陶瓷床回收,當廢氣中可燃成分濃度過低時,依靠燃燒∏輔助燃料(柴油或青色殘影閃過天然氣)來提升↙爐膛溫度。當爐膛溫度過高時,可由爐膛溫度控制的高溫排空閥門將部雖然盔甲破裂分熱量釋放。

                Paint waste gas treatment Process Description:
